The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Oct 2024
Interview
Really it's the hiring process that I found bizarre in my case. They first interviewed and gave me pretty vague questions. I then did the assessment which had math questions, and I was a humanities major that qualified for the job but was required to do math before to see if I qualify for a non technical job. Made no sense, didn't take the test seriously either. I had told them no when hearing about the assessment, they pushed me to continue and still didn't get the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Nov 2021
Interview
It was a long time ago so I don't fully remember, but after a brief video call interview they did a full day of remote interviews including a group presentation and an individual presentation
