Interview
Interview questions typically fall into categories like behavioral, situational, technical, case, competency-based, and cultural fit. They assess past experiences, problem-solving, job skills, and alignment with company values. These types help employers evaluate both soft and hard skills relevant to the role and workplace environment.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Q: Why do you want to work here?
Q: Give an example of a time you led a team.
You will likely do several examinations prior to the actual interview (i.e. basic math/rates/coding tests, plus a personality assessment that might help them place you). The actual interview is about average-to-difficult (be prepared to answer STAR-type questions!) but will also include orientations, so it's several hours but with maybe 1 total hour of targeted interviewing.
