I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Mar 2023
Interview
After applying they reached out to set up a phone interview, which lasted about 25 minutes. After the phone interview I had to set up an online proctored exam, which took about 2.5 hours and had multiple parts, including math, logic, and a timed section where you had 10 minutes to answer as many questions as possible.
If you get past the screening, you basically have gotten the job. They pitch their company to you and try to convince you to go, that is it. Very nice interviewers.
