15 minute phone screen to talk about past experience and general get to know you questions. Afterwards, sent a technical assessment using Epic's Portal which has both multiple choice and leetcode style problems.

4 hour exam from English comprehension to using an invented programming language. Not super challenging but just annoying to spend so much time on a test where so little of it is relevant.

A man finished painting his house and went to the hardware store to buy an unidentified item in order to finish the job. The cashier said that the item was 1 for a dollar and the man replied "I need 600, here's $3". What was the item in question?
4 Hour test for an intern-level software engineering position. Denied without ever speaking to a human. Test included math/logic and reasoning/coding sections. Test is video proctored and must be scheduled in advance.
