I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Mar 2021
Interview
30 minute phone screen to a ~3 hour coding/technical interview. If you make it past the coding interview you have a behavioral phone/video interview. My experience with the coding interview was terrible. They use a 3rd party proctor and my proctor messaged me DURING the timed portion. You aren't allowed to talk to yourself? You can't look down at the paper you're writing on?? I almost quit the mid interview I was so angry.

Questions about previous projects would help if you have developed applications.

Interview
There were a few different stages. First was an online application. After I got through the screening I had a short ten minute conversation with an engineer there, which I thought went well. He asked my about projects I had worked on, technologies I had used, etc. After that was a coding interview which used an online proctoring service. It had a timed iq test which was very easy - the tricky part was you had to answer as many questions as you could in a very short time frame. The coding test we were given three hours or so to solve four or five problems. The difficulty in each wasn't too bad, but they did take a while. I thought I did really well but I ended up not getting an offer.
