First they called me for a few quick backround questions.
Then I was given a link to a online technical "interview" which was just an online coding test. I was not contacted after this step, but they had mentioned the final step would be a potential in-person (or by zoom because of COVID) interview where they show you around and show you the campus.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Aug 2020
Interview
7.31 Applied on LinkedIn.
8.3 Received an email from HR to schedule a phone interview and an online skills assessments.
8.4 Had the phone interview. Lasted around 40 minutes. Couple of non-technical questions. The interviewer was friendly.
8.4 On the same day I took the online skills assessments. The first part was 10 math questions which you need to finish under 2 minutes. Then I was given a made up language and 20 questions about it. Last I had to complete 4 coding problems. The problems were on the easy side if you have been practicing. The only downside is that you cannot test your code.
Still waiting for the feedback.
