Online interview via ProctorU. There were two parts. In the first, you learn a language and answer some questions about expressions in that language. In the second, there are four programming questions. Mine had to do with permutations and they all involved string manipulation.

After a brief phone interview (in which they asked one technical question), I had a technical interview set up through Proctor U for a long coding exam. It must have changed from the past, because the software portion was quite considerable, and had two portions. One about a new language, and one that was a common coding procedure.

The interview consists of a short phone interview (something like 20 minutes to 45 minutes), online assessment test and an onsite interview. In general, they contact a person after he applies online after 1 week or so. However, sometimes, it may take longer. In general , you will contacted by the HR department of the company which will handle the interview process.

Just normal questions including your name, and other stuff. In general, they do not ask a technical question over the phone. But they may ask about some details about the resume. They also ask you how you got to know the company.
