I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Nov 2014
Interview
The first part was phone interview. They told me about the company and asked two simple data structure questions. they also asked me something on my resume.
After a couple of days they contacted me for an online test. The most challenging part was probably the programming part, but most of the questions were standard interview questions.

Interview
I applied online, then heard back from the hr soon and set up a phone interview. The interviewer was a senior engineer in Epic. Firstly she ask me to introduce a most recently project and then asked some related questions with it. Then a technical question saying that if there are a lot of patients, and each patient will have some problems, how to store it. It was really easy to pass the phone interview. Don't worry about it.

Interview
Applied through university career fair, got a mail asking to schedule a phone interview. Interview was pretty normal. Everyone clears it. Then asked to take coding test online. Asked algorithms,Math,Reasoning and on some language. Questions were from carrier cup. Unlimited time is given but Speed and accuracy counts a lot when it comes to considering you for onsite call.
Hope this helps
