I applied online. I interviewed at Epic in Feb 2019
Interview
I applied online and took a logic/programming assessment. The assessment took about 3 hours and was pretty difficult. I did a phone screening afterwards. The questions were pretty standard. The entire process took about two weeks.
Two interviews: one case study specific to the job (conducted by someone currently in that role) and a generic interview with an HR rep. Case study involved being given a scripted “day in the life” scenario to read over and then you’re asked how’d you’d react in a number of situations regarding the info you’re presented. HR interview was just a handful of standard questions (strengths, weaknesses, etc.).

Interview
The interview process started with a phone screen and was followed by an online skills assessment to gauge analytical abilities. I interviewed on-site which was a case interview and behavioral interview. Overall, a positive process.
