I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Aug 2013
Interview
I was contacted via Monster and after brief email conversation had the phone interview. The phone interview was good because the interviewer was someone from the position I was applying for rather than a generic HR person. After passing the phone interview they fly you out to interview on campus which is an all day affair although they treat you very well in the mean time.

Question 1
Surprised they actually aisked what other offers you had but it was fairly easy to deflect and they didn't push the question.
Applied online, received technical/math/verbal/problem-solving test, and interviewed over the phone with someone with a similar background. May have answered too truthfully on personality test (am a bit introverted?) Or may have taken too long on the math test? (1 question stumped me).
Starts with a basic phone interview, the HR rep confirms your qualifications and describes the position and company for you. Next, they fly you out for an onsite interview, consisting of a campus tour, product demo, lunch, a Q&A with a current tech services employee (you ask questions about the position,) and a battery of math, verbal, programming and logic tests which make up the bulk of the interview process. The tests themselves aren't awfully hard, it just feels a lot like being back in high school.
