Interview
I was contacted by HR, applied and received a call about a week later. I had a quick phone interview with HR, not many questions asked besides what you want to do. That followed by a call from someone working in the technical services department. This was a time for me to ask them questions, instead of me being asked to answer questions. About a week later I was flown to Wisconsin for a tour and interview. The day made up of a lot of time touring and asking questions. It was followed by a brief interview with the HR Rep with just your typical interview questions and a timed programming and math test. There was also another interview during the day where I was asked "what would you do if..." and given scenarios.

Phone interview followed by skills assesment. Do well on these and they fly you out and put you up in the Concourse hotel in downtown Madison. Fly out early and check out the city. Very straight forward interview, no trick questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
Phone interview followed by skills assessment test and on-site interview
Phone interview was straight-forward, typical personality questions and general description of the job.
Skills assessment, not too bad. The test was administered online with a third party proctoring service, went by very smoothly without a hitch. Studying for the test is unnecessary according to them.
