I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Mar 2015
Interview
Epic arranged for travel to Madison and a hotel room, as well as taxis to and from campus for the interview. The interview process itself seemed to be as much for you to get a better idea about Epic as for them to get a better idea about you. Assessments and information sessions were spread throughout the day.

Interview
About two weeks after applying at my school's career fair, I was contacted to schedule a phone interview. This interview consisted of a few simple questions, but mostly the interviewer talking about Epic. About a week later, I was contacted that they wanted to fly me out for an on-site interview. The on-site interview consisted of company overviews, case studies, and normal behavioral questions - nothing too difficult.

Interview
They came to my career fair, then I had a phone interview which lasted about 45 minutes. This part was very relaxing. I learned more about the position, got asked a couple really easy questions, and then was able to ask him any questions I had. Next I had to take online assessments consisting of a timed two-minute one, and three other ones that are not timed. Then I got asked about a week later to an on-site interview which I will be having here in three days.
