I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
Contacted by the HR to apply. Online application plus a personality test. Then I was contacted for a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty simple, asking problems about SAT score, past experience etc. 3 days after the phone interview, I received a invitation of on-site interview. The on-site interview took a whole day, including interview with HR, Current TS, case study, campus tour, software demo, lunch and a 2 hour exam consisting of math, verbal and programming.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI)
Interview
Submitted resume via college website, got called back within about a week. After a phone interview, I was flown out to the main office in Verona.
Interview day consisted of an introduction to Epic, overview of software, case question, small-group discussion of the position, lunch with an Epic employee, and several multiple-choice tests.
I heard back a week and a half later that they were not interested in hiring me.

Question 1
There were a number of difficult programming and maths questions, but it wouldn't be fair to post them all.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Nov 2012
Interview
Started with a very straight forward phone interview - they asked what my favorite and least favorite positions on my resume were and why. Pretty standard questions. They confirmed my ACT and SAT scores.
I was emailed within the next week to schedule an interview onsite. The interview consisted of a tour, an overview of the product, lunch with an employee, a "case study," an interview with HR, and 3 exams. It's important to remember that you're in an interview the entire time - remember that when you're getting a tour and in the demonstration. What they call the "case study" is probably the most difficult part, but I think if you're reasonable about why you did what you did and consider different factors it's not too bad. The interview with HR is straightforward. They asked about my references and good/bad things they would say about me. The exams consisted of reading, math, and coding. I had no coding experience, but it kind of "teaches" you a language as you go. They were really nothing to worry about.
