I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Nov 2019
Interview
There were a couple of phones interviews and two sessions of online assessments , one for logic and critical thinking and the other for basic coding logic. This all lead into an on-site interview (for which they fly you out and put you in a hotel if needed). The people I spoke too were very friendly and the assessments were not ridiculous.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Feb 2020
Interview
I was asked to submit a resume, cover letter, and transcript. I was then contacted to perform an online technical interview, which took about 3 hours. Then I was asked to fill out a Rembrant profile which is essentially a personality test. Finally there was a phone interview that lasted about 25 minutes.

Interview
There was a very easy phone interview with someone who worked as a TS at the company. They then had me take an online assessment on math skills and a personality test. A second online assessment for programming questions. They flew me out to Madison for a day-long in-person interview. The process was well oiled, and consisted of a recruit dinner and a tour of the campus. The hardest part of the in-person interview was with a TS employee, who had me read scenarios, then answer with how I would prioritize customer issues.
