I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Nov 2019
Interview
The interview process was a multi-step process. There were some initial online exams to take that were proctored via webcam. Following that was a phone interview with someone in the role I was applying for. This was helpful to learn more about the position and ask questions about the role. For my position, after the phone screen there was an additional proctored exam. After the phone interview I was invited for an onsite interview where I had a traditional interview with an HR person, along with a case study section.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Dec 2019
Interview
I submitted my application during the college career fair. Two days later, the HR contacted me for the schedule of online assessment test and phone interview. I took the Online assessment test before the phone interview.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epic (Montclair, NJ) in Feb 2020
Interview
Initially I applied to the open position online. I then received an email telling me that the nest step of the process was conducting a phone interview, before then being required to take an online skill assessment test. I conducted the phone interview with a real person, which overall went very well. Next I had to follow a link in an email they sent me in order to go to the website where I needed to take this test. I was then required to download a Chrome extension that allowed them to see what was on my screen, before getting me in touch with a test proctor. The proctor then monitored exactly what I was doing both on my screen, and through my webcam to make sure I did not cheat during the test. After about an hour, I completed the online exam, and they made their decision on me.
