I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Sep 2019
Interview
Not much more to be said here. Personality assessment, skills assessment, and 2 phone interviews. The skills assessment is definitely the most time consuming, prepare to take around 2 hours to complete.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Nov 2019
Interview
Very casual and relaxed. Got back to my online application within 24 hours inviting me to a phone interview. This was a super casual 30 min chat with a young employee. He mostly just wanted to hear about my background, and then talked about his role and working at Epic, no real “interview” questions. This was followed by an online skills/coding assessment which has challenging but fine. On-site interview was a full day but not stressful as everyone was laid back and nice
I was asked to complete a phone interview which was pretty standard. Before I did the phone interview I completed the skills assessment test (from what I read online this order is usually reverse). I was rejected from the Technical Solutions role but they asked me to complete an onsite interview for the Quality Assurance Tester position.
