Interview
It was very easy. First there was a phone interview, but it seemed more like a get-to-know-you call rather than an actual interview. Then there were a couple online programming assessments. Finally there was an onsite interview, which was mostly a recruiting pitch. They acted like they wanted me the whole time, and I found it to be a very positive experience.

Interview
It was great, very informal and the interviews are more conversations than anything too intimidating. There is a case study where they give you a specific case and ask you to problem-solve the issues that come up.
It was a twenty minute interview. She asked a few questions about "Why did you choose your major and university? Why Epic? " then allowed time for me to ask questions. She also described her role and the company and the day to day duties that she is responsible for.
