Contacted by recruiter. Initial phone screen along with a skills test and personality test. The skills test is hard--timed and untimed parts, and this is how they narrow the field. Then was invited for an on-site interview which consisted of some info sessions/tour, HR interview, plus a short case about prioritizing things. At the end of the day was a coding assessment that I thought I bombed but I got an offer.
I declined the offer bc of location and the job wasn't the best fit for my career, but the salary offered was very good.
