Epic Technical Solutions Engineer interview questions

The Process: 1- Initial Phone Interview - Colleague 2- Second Phone Interview - Manager 3- Exam - English, Personality, Math, Programming. 4- Final Interview at the campus Math & programming assessment isn’t too difficult but long and honestly, don’t know how valuable it can really be. Personality assessment is ridiculous in my opinion. Made it past the first phone interview and then didn’t make the second round. Waste of time if you’re going to make candidates do all of those assessments(lazy way of screening).

Phone Interview -> Assessment -> Phone Update / Interview -> Final Interview Decently long process, but they did reach back to me after every step. Assessment seems to hold the most weight.
