I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Aug 2022
Interview
For the final interview, it was broken up into a four-part process. The first part was about the company, the software, and the Madison area, and it was in a group setting. The second part was focused on the job itself, and was a much smaller group setting. The third was a one-on-one with a TSE to go over a case study where they wanted to gauge your ability to prioritize tasks. The last part was a sit-down with HR, and I was only asked logistical questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Oct 2022
Interview
This is their interview process: *Role introduction - presentation about role *Personality assessment - online (not test) *Skill assessments - math, logic, reading comprehension *Coding assessment - all string-oriented, logic-based questions *Final virtual interview and case study - bundled together with a software demo and recruiter interview, about 3 hours altogether All assessments were proctored and virtual. They didn't tell me any of these in advance, just one by one emails telling me to do the next thing just randomly showed up. Prior to the final interview they also want references. In my experience, they didn't do a proper behavioral-type interview, just a case study. Their 'interviews' are more Q&A sessions for you to learn more about the company.

Question 1
Case Study: *Your client wants to push an unfinished update. What do you do? *How would you respond to ? *How do you manage your time given ?
The first part was a webinar zoom session with a current employee talking about the company, the role and Madison,WI as well as their experience. This was quite informal with several participants that could only ask questions using the chat. Then there was the personality test and the skills assessment. It had a live recording and no live proctor. The questions were logic and quite confusing most times. There was a 2 minute math test, then logic and math questions, then answering coding questions based on rules of a fake language, then two more logic sections. It took me about three hours but I did not progress to the interview round so overall a waste of time unfortunately.
