Interview
Overview of the company with HR for almost an hour, then talked to a senior level person about their career path in the company (many roles you could do within epic), then talked more with HR about Madison, company campus, salary expectations, etc

Question 1
Q: What was the difference between Project Manager and Technical Solutions Engineer?
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Oct 2021
Interview
Interviews started with a casual phone call designed to get an ides of who you are, as well as to give you the chance to ask questions about the company, the position, and the area. They made a point to be transparent about the location, noting that some people may not want to move to Madison, WI, but they also really hyped up the campus.
The last interview was two parts:
One part focused on scenario-based questions, where they would give you a scenario and assess how you would act in that situation (the emphasis seemed to be on ensuring you know how and what to prioritize, and how to tactfully handle situations).
The other part was the 'technical' portion, but it focused on your problem solving skills. There were a few programming logic questions (fairly easy, and he gently led me in the right direction if I was struggling), and a few math logic questions (discrete and geometry). Overall it was a very doable, low stress technical interview.

Interview
Originally applied for a different position before being recommended to apply for the TSE position. Did phone interview and took Epic assessment. Was told to apply for a different position. Wish that they would either just reject me or move to next round.
