I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Nov 2021
Interview
Screening process was easy. Once I got through the next couple of rounds, they offered the position and flew me out to see campus. It was a good overall experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe how you would deal with multiple customer needs at once.
Phone interview, it was quite laid back and they ask questions about you. Then there were two 3~4 hour long assessments, some math, some riddles, some common sense, and some coding. The coding part was tricky.
Then they had a 4 hour long final interview process, with an intro to the company, an intro to the position, a case study where you have to really think and make decisions, and then an interview with HR. Overall the interview process was tiring, challenging, but fun (esp. the case study).
Three-round interview, phone, skill, and final. The phone interview was chill, with general questions, and a brief intro to the company. The second one was easy if you know some code. The last one was long, the first was a group interview that included a long introduction to the company. Then, split up into a small group to meet with a manager. Then the most challenging part is they give you some real job questions for you to solve. Last, it is the general behavior question with the HR team.
