Interview
Starts with a phone interview. This was a basic "getting to know me" interview that was pretty straightforward. Then they'll ask you to complete a skills assessment. This was the hard part. They ask a lot of coding questions and it takes forever. I wasn't even applying for a coding position and I was told I didn't need to have knowledge of coding but if you don't know anything about coding then you won't pass the skills assessment,
