They email you a skills assessment, a Rembrandt test and have a phone call. The skills assessment took a bit of time, and involved using a proctor, and was pretty difficult. It was broken up into a quick math section, SAT like section, and a pseudocode section. The Rembrandt was confusing and felt like a Myers-Brigg test or something. Finally, the phone call was pretty decent.

The interview was a phone interview that took approximately 30 minutes. The gentleman on the phone was very polite and informative when describing the position. There was no pressure in this interview.

Interview
Short 10 minute phone interview and skills assessment. The interview was very straightforward, we mostly discussed my experience and goals. The skills assessment took several hours. It was proctored online and was very similar to a standardized test, with exercises in math and science.
