I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
3 hour exam followed by 30 minute phone interview. One hour coding interview and then 3 and a half hour combined interview. First written exam is long and the coding interview is fairly straight forward
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Aug 2020
Interview
I connected with a recruiter through Handshake and was quickly sent a series of assessments. The assessments were both behavioral and logic-based. Afterwards, I had an interview with someone in the Technical Solutions Engineer role (the role I was applying for). This person was super unenthusiastic about the job when I asked questions, they sounded like they weren't interested in talking to me at all. It was disappointing. A week later I got a rejection email. When I asked for feedback, they were unable to provide any.
I applied online. I interviewed at Epic in Dec 2020
Interview
Process took about 2-3 weeks. Started with a phone screen, then had to take a series of assessments (1 was like a standardized test/SAT type thing, 1 was coding related), then did a final interview which consisted of several parts.
