I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epic in Jan 2021
Interview
Started with phone screen with another TSE. Fairly easy, the engineer was nice, but a bit robotic and clearly working off a script. Personality test. Technical exam as well, which is proctored, before long interview.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Mar 2020
Interview
Epic contacted me through Handshake. I had a quick phone interview screen, then a skills assessment, then the final interview, which was remote and consisted of a brief presentation of Epic's campus and then a couple of 30 minute interviews with recruiters.
Brief phone interview then a series of online assessments. The first group of assessments consisted of a personality test followed by logic and math tests. After going through the first round of assessments I was selected to move onto the final interview which was hosted remotely. Before the remote interview another online coding challenge was proctored that consisted of basic algo problems. The final remote interview lasted 3 hours consisting of a company overview, job overview, then a case study and some basic behavioral questions with HR.
