They asked some questions about my academic and industrial accomplishments. They also asked about my previous customer support experience and how I might handle more difficult customers. The entire process was remote as I was living outside the Madison area.

Interview
I started with a 30 minute phone screening, then a technical screening online, and finally an interview day where I talked with HR and did situational interviews with people currently in the position.
On site interview was extremely impressive. They were always on time and really showed you what the experience would be like. You get to meet with people from your role in small group settings, and tour the campus.
