Epic Technical Support Engineer interview questions

30 min phone call, skills assessment (planned to take about four hours, took me about one hour), 2.5 hr final interview (with a scenario interview), programming assessment, then offer. Most of the interview questions were behavioral, but the assessments were very logic based. The programming assessment is apparently the same that they give to those interviewing for web developer roles, so it was a lot more difficult for someone in this position.

Interview process was long but overall just mostly information sessions. Mainly went from basics about the company to the details from someone at position to responding to certain scenarios and then overall interview
