Epic UX Designer interview questions

The process was clear to me and I was kept informed about the progress each step of the way. I had a very nice and informative phone screen first, then I was asked to complete homework and one of these analytical thinking tests.

The interview process was horrible. There was no communication and most of the interview was a 4 HOUR PROCTORED exam where random questions that has nothing to do about the role were given. A recruiter told me everyone from the kitchen staff to senior engineers have to take the examination and pass. I found that ridiculous, ableist, etc.
