Epic UX Designer interview questions

I appreciated that I interviewed with an actual designer, but the test they make you take is horrific and a waste of time. It is difficult to set up and felt like it did not add to the process at all.

The interview process was very demanding. I had a phone interview first (went well), then I was sent a personality test, skills assessment, and design challenge. Overall I invested about 11-12 hours into this process, and in return received an automated rejection a little over a week after submitting my materials. I requested feedback so I could know which areas need improvement, but I haven't gotten a response yet.
