Expedia Group interview questions

Shorter interview process than other tech companies. Starts with the hiring manager and then moves to those on the team. Most of the interviewer were pleasant. The overall atmosphere of how one of the interviews was conducted did not leave me with a good impression of role/team I applied for. The person seemed to be more interested in showing off their own knowledge than to listen to my responses. They seemed to have written me off as soon as they logged (late to the interview might I add). It was quite disappointing to see because I had such a great impression of the company prior, but I makes me want to think twice before recommending to others. Recruiters were polite at the beginning, but they ghost if you're not offered a position. Pretty hypocritical given that it says on their website that they will get back to candidates within a week after results are available. Recruiters have even sent me emails saying they would get back to me, yet they never have. You have to check on their applicant portal to see that you were not selected. No feedback is returned, so you won't know exactly why you were passed on.

First it was a recruiter interview, followed by a hiring manager and sql interview. They try to schedule those on the same day. They took 3 weeks for the recruitment contact, and had the other 2 interviews 4 days after having the call with the recruiter.
