121 interview with the team supervisor
Easy going, job experience questions
Mostly they need new agents to hire, so the interviews are relax but probation period may be a pain in the butt afterwards
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Expedia Group (London, England) in Feb 2015
Interview
Slow, overly complicated and unprofessional. The interviewer herself was a EA who had recently been promoted to her first senior level role, she bragged about how she was able to pull rank over the other PA's. She gave an example of how she had 4/5 other PA's moved to be seated next to her, away from their own teams because it was convenient for her (she didn't have to wait for responses to her emails!). The fact that this separated them from their teams was irrelevant as she was now a senior guy. She told me she could not continue with the selection process for this role as she was travelling back to Seattle and apparently she could not do two things at the same time. Technology must be poor at Expedia. Terrible reflection on the company, it's sad to see companies give someone who's clearly untrained in managing staff and interviewing free rain over other people. I took an offer from another company which turned out to be a great offer.

Question 1
No set direction, the interviewer was all over the place. She was looking for someone she could dominate and spent most of the time bragging about how she pulls rank over the other PA's.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Expedia Group (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Phone screen followed by in person interview. The phone interview got postponed twice. In person interview, the scheduled interviewers were replaced last minute and those who came for interview did not know enough about the role I was being interviewed for. There was one skype interview with offsite manager scheduled 3 times with interviewer never showing up any time for skype video call. Worst experience with a company of this size and stature.

How would you find the rot of a problem with product issues in production and how will you convince leadership on solution.
