Expedia Group Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Straightforward process. First round is with the hiring manager for about 30 mins and the second round with the department manager which also involves a test. They ask questions related to the position and talk about past experiences. Selection depends on the interview and test.

1 phone screening with HR, then 2 interviews 1:1 with your future manager +and 2 interviews group panel with cross functional team members. Each interview is reviewing a specific aspect of yourself (personality technical skills, mindset, logical and analytical approach, etc...)
