FedEx Manager, Operations interview questions

They give you a guideline to read and come up with a 5 minute presentation. Followed by behavioral questions. They give you about 6 questions with sub questions which dig deeper into your initial answer

Applied on internall career website. Phone interview with 2 sort managers. After answer the first few questions with the BAR format, the interview grew much friendlier and off script, as we exchanged experiences at our stations. I was a trainer and team leader, so I walked in with more experience than an average handler. Received a call back a week later with job offer.
