You apply, if they like your resume they'll invite you for an interview(usually within a week or two). The interview consisted of 5 easy BAR style questions, 2 normal questions, and a 2 minute safety presentation. It took "ME" 2 weeks before I found out, by a phone call, that I was offered a part time position. Came in and signed the paperwork and drug test the next day. They wanted me to start two weeks later.
