FedEx Manager, Operations interview questions

It was very structured with standard questions off of their form. They did not deviate from their questions on the form. The leader of the interview kept making that point to ensure a level playing field with all the interviewees.

The interview is conducted to 2 managers. The questions are in-depth but extremely relevant to how one would handle particular situations. The questions are open ended because the interviewing managers want to see how the interviewee would handle particular situations they have been presented.
