The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx in Oct 2011
Interview
I had an initial phone screening with the hiring manager. This was followed up by an all day interview three weeks later. The interview consisted of two assessments and a panel interview with behavioral questions. One was how many gas stations are there in the US. I also got to meet one on one with potential peers, and go to lunch with them. Good experience, just very long and intense to have not been offered the job.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Memphis, TN) in Sep 2011
Interview
This was an on campus recruiting event. The initial interview process took place on campus then after a few weeks I was invited to the corporate office for a full day of interviews and an inside look at the company's culture.
