The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Woodbridge, NJ) in Nov 2011
Interview
You must be prepared for this interview style. It was all behavioral questions such as "When have you encountered this, what have you done to solve it, and what was the result." Every single question is that way and you must provide them an example from the past that relates to the question, what you did to solve it or the action you took, and what the end result was. I didn't like the interview whatsoever and they didn't get to know me or what I was like, all they cared about was how you would deal with certain situations. You cannot answer what you "would do" either it has to be an exact example from the past. Some of the people in HR seemed angry and rushed.

Question 1
When have you and a co-worker disagreed and what happened?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FedEx (Ellenwood, GA) in Jan 2009
Interview
The interview process is simple. First you will have a phone interview. Then you will come in and fill out the application. It takes up to 2 weeks before you can get hired. You may or may not go out for a road test and if you have never pulled double, they will walk you through it, but if hired, they will have someone to train you. You MUST have a clean background no more than 1 ticket in the past 12 months. Other than that, you have a good with great pay and thats it.
