Interview
I interviewed for the shipping lead at the FedEx Ground HUB in Fort Wort, TX. Filled up the online application, I got called a week later for a over the phone interview with hub manager and HR manager, they were really nice and asked me regular questions for a job interview, if you have a X situation what you'll do? how you'll solved it ?? . I got called for a 1:1 interview and plant tour with the hub manager, I was there for 90 minutes, 1:1 Interview lasted no more than 30 minutes, but the facility tour was around 1 hour. He show me to every part of the process and what do they do. I was really impress with the efficiency and speed. I was offered the job, but I declined the offer because it was a 11:00 pm to 10:00 am shift.

Interview
I applied through the companys career webpage. Had to call at a specified time and date. Was given an appointment. Reported to location along with 45 other people. You cannot be late or they will turn you away.
Filled out application, and received phone call the same day. Given drug test and fingerprinted the next day.
Offered job and started training within 2-3 weeks.
