Interview
Sometimes it does take a few months before you get called back in for your interview once you have applied. When you get called back in, the interview only takes an hour or two. The required paperwork can be cumbersome. You should expect to have a flexible personality for your interview.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to help someone else at work?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at FedEx in Mar 2008
Interview
I applied online and got a call to meet at the HUB and begin an interview. I arrived and sat in a large room with about 2 dozen others. We watched a video about the company and the things we would be required to do. After the video we had a few pages to fill out asking us questions about the video we had just seen. They were basically our opinions and testing us on the video. They then explained to us the work load involved and mentioned that many people tend to quit after a week or month because they realize they are physically incapable of doing the work. They warned us that unless we were completely confident in our ability to lift heavy materials and and to load trucks in the heat that we should leave now. I stayed. After we had a tour of the hub and watched others work as handlers. We were able to ask questions and get a real feel for what it would be like to work there.
After all this we were permitted to go home and about 2 days later I received a call for a one on one interview. After that interview they basically told me to fill out the paper work because I was being hired.
