Interview
Learn how to talk the talk of "COORPERATE" being friends with a DM doesn't hurt. Any kind of internal recomendation goes a long way. Be prepared for a lot of redundant questions, don't talk to much say a lot with out saying too much.

Interview
I applied for the job on the fedex carrer website. Two weeks later I recieved a call for a phone interview. They confirmed my resume and how much I wanted to get paid. I was then set up for my first interview. All questions came out of a manual they had. The interview was conducted by an assistant manager. From there I was set up for a second interview with the main manager. Once again all the questions came out of a book. All questions wre standard, like describe a difficult situation in which you were able or not able to help a customer.

Question 1
The most difficult question was "tell of a time in which you failed a deadline or were not able to help a customer."
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx Office (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2011
Interview
You will have a phone interview with recruiter who will ask you some behavioral questions and have you go over your resume. Next step is with the Sales Supervisor on a 1:1 or with the Sales Super and Managing Director for the district. They will ask you behavioral questions based on your experience on your resume. I had two interviews a phone interview and an interview with the Sales Supervisor and the MD. I have heard of some people also meeting with a Center Manager in addition to Sales. FedEx is very team oriented, the people are friendly and the LPC will be your best friend as you learn FedEx's system to quote and enter in projects. Sales and Ops do their best to work together but that can be a challenge at times. Overall great company and they treat their employees well.
