I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gartner (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2025
Interview
1. Intro basic call to determine if you are a good fit.
2.Video call with inhouse Gartner recruiter.
3.Call with next level talent recruiter.
4. Supposed to be a case study/panel interview.
They said I was not a good fit for the company even though they did not see my abilities on the case study. I would reccomend staying away from this organization. If you don't think the person would be a good fit maybe hire a better recruiter who can pick up these qualities on the first two calls. Apparently, they micromanage their employees anyhow. Bullet dodged.

Question 1
Time you have been challenged and how did you respond.
Structured Interview, lots of support with preparation but very time-consuming. They also have a couple of role-play interviews which can be difficult to navigate, but understandable for a BD role.

Question 1
What is a typical deal size at your current employer?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview process was non-existent. I was an internal referral, the recruiter reached out for me to put some time on his calendar. Got to the time of the recruiter screen, no call, no nothing. Waited and then sent a message. 2 days go by when he answers back and says sorry, please schedule again. So I did schedule for a week out. Get to that next week and time for the recruiter screen, no call-no show again!
I'm sure its not a reflection on the whole but was definitely my experience and it sure wasn't a pleasant one!
