Initial call with recruiting team, Traits round, LSA Round, Panel round. All rounds are atleast 1 hour long. Recruiter fixes a prep call before each round to ensure that you answer as per their books & throw your actual experience out of the window. Interviewers are pretty harsh. The LSA interviewer was new at her job - trained to grill you from top to bottom which I get - they want to see how you respond to uncomfortable situations. But they definitely lacked some empathy in the process. Overall, if one wants to keep their mental peace & prepare to bag a good role for their career, don't interview for Gartner (Sales). It will take a toll on your mental health.
