The process is very interesting, thorough and challenging, start with initial screening with a junior recruiter who was great, then progress to a senior recruiter, less great. There is a strong emphasis on being concise with answers which can be difficult to balance in an interview in which you are trying to sell yourself and stand out.
The real kicker is that despite being told that feedback would be given within a 3 days, but 2 weeks and multiple chasing emails later and I have yet to receive final feedback. I appreciate that not everyone is suited to the role, however Gartner prides itself on being a feedback focused company, and to not provide even an email of rejection leaves a sour taste in the mouth.
