Interview
I was initially approached by Gartner via Linkedin for the CSM role, the talent acquisition rep was quite helpful in preparing me for the second interview (after the 1st screening call). Strong emphasis on the STAR structure when asked behavioural interview questions, nevertheless I didn't progress further. Feedback was pretty much inexistent afterwards which in all honesty was disappointing, instead I was left with very generic reasons.

Interview
Interview with two recruiters, one about the job and the second about my experience. The second one didn’t go as planned, they were supposed to share documents with me and it took a while to receive a few days before my interview.

How do you organize your day and priorities, give an example.
Very focused on the STAR method, with a large emphasis on data, numbers, figures and so on to back up your claims. Describing the Situation or background, the Task or goal, the Action you took, and the Result or outcome.
