I applied through other source. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Gartner (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Apr 2019
Interview
Was contacted by the HR person. Who asked for my relevant experience and then set up the 2 in person meetings with folks visiting from US. Next part were Zoom calls with the senior managers in the US. It was a smooth, straight forward process.

Question 1
Most of the questions were about my past experience. What did I do? Why I did it that way? What was the logic and thinking? Etc.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Gartner (Gurgaon, Haryana)
Interview
The process started with a discussion with the recruitment HR contact. After initial discussion with HR, I had a round of discussion with hiring manager. Following on from there. I had multiple rounds of WebEx video calls with multiple evaluation leaders- total of 4 WebEx calls and 2 writing assignments. After all the webex discussions and writing assignments, I was called for panel discussion at Gurgaon. For this, I was required to prepare a presentation on a topic of my choice- from amongst a list of 4-5 topics given to me. I was given a week's time to prepare the presentation.
I guess my final presentation round was not that great due to which no further feedback or communication was done by HR. Overall, I enjoyed the interview process- it stretched over ~4 months, but I surely did enjoy the process. Needless to say that I am disappointed with the outcome, but I would appreciate if HR could give feedback on where the candidate finally failed in the interview process.
Questions asked were of moderate difficulty, and the interviewers were certainly very knowledgeable.
