Interview
Was approached by a Gartner recruitment professional that introduced a possible opening. The recruiter provided a very good picture of the company, role and required skill set. First interview followed by 3-4 more interviews with different recruiters but all was aligned and informed so the red thread was always kept. Perfect coordination.
Next step was phone interviews with hiring manager and other management. After phone interviews there was panel interview, case and presentation.
Key impressions are very professional experience, transparent, flexible and effective. Relevant test and questions, good expectations setting.
Overall a great recruitment process.
