Screening takes place first, need to provide proofpoints of previous performance. 2 telephone screening calls with HR, 2 meetings onsite with managers and the final day was a 1 hours session consisting of presentation, panel interview and role play. After the last session you are informed if Gartner will hire you.

Interview consist of initial call with recruiter, call with hiring manager, call with VP, in person interview with hiring manager, and final panel interview. Recruiter is less interested in your experience as they are your personality. How do you build and cultivate relationships.

Interview
Pretty Standard really. Telephone screening from Gartner recruiter. This was followed by a second telephone interview that lasts around an hour from a senior recruiter from Gartner. If you get through this there is a face to face with potential area manager and then the last phase is a panel interview which consists of a presentation and CIO role play.
