Question 1
What was your target in your last postitiom and did you achieve it
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Gartner (Zürich) in May 2024
Interview
It was a relatively easy conversation, with a good flow of questions and general conversation to get to know each other.
We were first talking about an AM position, and then the recruiter said I would be a better fit for the AE position. This could indeed also make sense, so I said that I'd be open to explore that in a follow-up interview, which the recruiter suggested. He asked for dates, I gave him dates, he ghosted me for a couple of weeks, came back to me to ask for new dates, and then again when I gave the new dates, he again ghosted me.
Too bad.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gartner (New York, NY) in Jun 2024
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. We had an initial video call that he changed to phone call at the last minute.
He let me know I'd be progressing in the process and that he'd follow up with next steps.
I checked in after a week and never heard back from him. This was in June, 2024.
