I applied online. I interviewed at Gartner (Stockholm, )
Interview
The initial discussion by the recruiter was positive and it was more focused on making sure the person was a fit for the role. The actual interviewer was disinterested in anything that wasn’t an answer for their question from the list. Additionally, they give you a lot of material to use to prepare, but only want answers that align with their structure and focus.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2020
Interview
If you are analytical and not quick on your feet, you will fail the interview. They ask questions that require thought and you likely won't be prepared for which can make it tough to gain proper composure when you aren't ready for the curve ball. I mean their offerings are a little abstract as it is so until you are immersed into the world of IT and digital transformation- you're in over your head a bit as it is.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They tell you that you walk into a meeting and the person you're meeting with is no longer there. They will give you a different person, title and situation to be ready to shine with and well, you don't even know how to position well yet so it can get you off guard and leave you flustered beyond belief.
